Thank you for your interest in vending at Suwannee Hulaween 2018 to be held at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL on October 25-28, 2018.

Please complete this form by August 10, 2018 to be considered as a vendor for Suwannee Hulaween. Submissions will be reviewed by Debbie Lee, Vending Coordinator; who can be reached via email at sosmpvending@hotmail.com if you have any questions. If your application is accepted: You will be sent a formal vendor contract by August 24, 2018; The contract will be due along with fees and proof of insurance by September 21, 2018; Late fees ($150) apply to all incomplete contracts, proof of insurance and fees received after contract due date.

  • 10 X 10 Vending Space (please note: Venue includes both the Main Venue + Spirit Lake)
    • Campground Craft Vendor: $1,150 - includes 2 Vendor Wristbands + 1 Car Pass

    • Venue Craft Vendor: $1,250 - includes 2 Vendor Wristbands + 1 Car Pass

    • Campground Food Vendor: $500 set up fee + 25% of total sales + 25 comp meals to promoter
      - includes 6-8 Vendor Wristbands + 2 Car Passes

    • Venue Food Vendor: $750 set up fee + 25% of total sales + 25 comp meals to promoter
      - includes 6-8 Vendor Wristbands + 2 Car Passes

  • 20 x 10 Vending Space (please note: Venue includes both the Main Venue + Spirit Lake)
    • Campground & Venue Craft Vendor: $2,400 - includes 4 Vendor Wristbands + 1 Car Pass
    • Campground Food Vendor: $750 set up fee + 25% of total sales + 25 comp meals to promoter
      - includes 10-12 Vendor Wristbands + 2 Car Passes
    • Venue/Spirit Lake Food Vendor: $1,000 set up fee + 25% of total sales + 25 comp meals to promoter
      - includes 10-12 Vendor Wristbands + 2 Car Passes)

Need more staff? Up to TWO (2) additional Vendor Wristbands may be purchased for $199 + fees.
