Artist Relations will reach out to you on an individual basis with your allotted guest amount. At that time, you will receive the format in which to submit your Guest List. Guest Lists submissions are due on Monday October 16, 2017.
Guests will receive a three day General Admission Wristband along with a sticky supplemental for additional access to the stage and on the day of your performance (if applicable). Guests will not have access to green rooms or backstage on any other day unless specified and approved in the advance process.
IMPORTANT: If you are playing on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and your guest would like to arrive early on Thursday, they will need to purchase a Thursday ticket for $69.00 which they can do so here. All Thursday performer guests will have access Thursday-Sunday.
If guests are planning to car camp, they will need to purchase a car camping pass through this link. They can also find the purchase link by navigating through the website.
Guests can pick up their credentials at the VIP/Will Call windows at the main patron entrance. Guest Check In is open 24 hours starting Thursday at 8:00 AM until Sunday at 10:00 PM. You can instruct your guests to plug in the following address, and it will take them straight to the main entrance.
